My journey began as a personal trainer, guided by my unwavering passion for physical health. Over time, I embraced a holistic approach, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher and Somatic Trauma Practitioner.
I delved into counselling, mastering Level 3 Counselling Skills and Child Psychology. My dedication to physical wellness led to a Level 3 Sports Massage qualification. In 2021, I expanded my therapeutic offerings to include Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy.
The cornerstone of my approach is the deep connection I forge with clients, fostering emotional awareness, stress management, and inner peace. I'm devoted to guiding individuals on spiritual or physical wellness journey, and my connection to spirit, coupled with a unique process has the ability to guide anyone in emotional difficulty to a more fulfilling life.
