Spiritual Counselling combines various types of counselling, including qualifications in counselling, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) practitioner, Somatic Trauma Coach, Child Behaviour Psychology, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, Reiki Master Teacher and Spiritual Counsellor.
My qualifications are supported by personal experience, both with myself and clients, in areas such as narcissistic abuse, trauma (physical, emotional, and sexual), neglect, abandonment, addiction, eating disorders, bereavement and more.
The focus of my work is to deeply understand the client's journey and the factors that have led them to seek change, particularly exploring experiences between the ages of 0-7. While the healing process is unique to each person, the overall approach remains the same.
A key aspect of the work is the recognition that we are energetic beings, carrying the frequency of our life experiences up to this point. Through the process I offer, we can uncover our true selves, beyond conditioning, programming and trauma.
Another way to understand this work is through the term "shadow work." We delve into the shadows to identify fears, beliefs, and patterns, and then create new ones.
The process takes time. We must dismantle the old foundation that has been created for self-protection and rebuild a new one. This requires a weekly commitment and involves written work. It is important to note that the healing process and transcending trauma can be uncomfortable, but it is necessary.
In this work, we address the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and sexual aspects of a person, as they are all integral to wholeness. Sessions are judgment-free and strictly confidential.

Initial session is 2 hours and sessions thereafter will be 90 minutes.
